Delivery Instructions
Sea shipping (most popular method of delivery):
* After loading the goods into the container, the cargo undergoes the
procedure of export formalities in China.
* The container with the goods must arrive at the port 3-4 days before
the departure of the vessel.
* 2-3 days after the ship leaves the port, the sea line issues a Bill of
Lading and if the customer has already made a balance payment for the goods,
our company makes a telex release on the container, by transferring ownership
of the cargo to the buyer.
* After receiving the container at the port of destination, customs
clearance of the cargo takes place and after that the container is shipped by
railway or by car to the customer's warehouse.
Air cargo:
* The cargo goes through the export clearance procedure in China and
sent to the storage warehouse at the airport. After the arrival of the
aircraft, the goods are loaded onto the aircraft and sent to the destination
country, where the cargo is cleared at the arrival airport and then sent to the
customer's warehouse.
This type of cargo is fast, but relativaly expensive, and usually used
for smaller amounts of goods.
Car delivery:
*Delivery to the warehouse of the border city of China is carried out.
* The goods are placed in a warehouse, the necessary documents for
export are issued.
* The goods are loaded into the car, customs clearance is carried out at
the border and the goods are sent to the client’s warehouse.
Delivery by car is mostly used by the customers whose warehouses are
situated not far from the border, it is also fast and not so expensive as air
cargo.
RAILWAY delivery

procedure of export formalities in China.
* The container with the goods must arrive at the railway station 3-4
days before the departure of the train. Next, the container is loaded onto the
train platform of the train.
* After the departure of the train, the cargo crosses the border at the
railway station of the destination country, where the customs clearance of the
cargo is carried out and sent to the destination station. The cargo arrives at
the destination station and than delivered by car to the customer's warehouse.
